Part 1: Faerbers' snack grill is doing well, but Gran wants to retire. Margot makes a horrible discovery: her husband Egon is cheating on her. She observes him in a park, having uninhibited sex with another man. Plus, the grill gets blown up by vandals. Everything seems lost, but Magda is the one that still won't forsake. Part 2: Margot separates from Egon and puts all her energy into the reconstruction of the grill. However, soon horrid things occur. Maggots invade their curry wursts and Gran gets kidnapped by Stasi agents. Part 3: Magda is mad on her companion Otto due to his on-going affair with ex-wife Edeltraut. On Gran's 75th birthday Otto stumbles and Magda's kitchen knife is not far away... But even a corpse is not able to unsettle the Faerber threesome.
