As a cheated husband enlists the help of three maladroit private detectives to find his adulterous wife who has eloped with her lover, the inept investigators find themselves inadvertently entangled in a thorny case of international espionage. Before long, trouble ensues, and to make matters worse, the seductive temptress is nowhere to be found. Stealthily, to get hold of one tiny microfilm crammed with top-secret information, two spies watch their every move; likewise, so does a team of undercover police officers.
