High school graduates, Vinny and Red spend their days in sunny Los Angeles smoking pot, drinking booze, partying and doing their best to get laid. They stumble upon a new type of marijuana thanks to their pal, Bobby the Bummer and decide to sell it. Soon Vinny and Red are introduced to the meanest most dangerous underground criminals Los Angeles has to offer.
