A rollercoaster of emotions & film genres ranging from dark comedy to drama & paranoia surrounding Vincent (main character) as he tries to salvage whats left of the worst week of his life by throwing himself a birthday party. After waiting till the last minute, Vincent starts calling all his so-called `friends` to invite them to his big shin-dig. One by one his invitations are rejected & ignored. Then while desperatly attempting to set up for the party he has to deal with more torture & chaos from strangers & acquaintences pushing him to the Breaking point. But when all his friends do show up to suprise him, they are the ones that end up being surprised.
