Meet Ted, a filmmaker struggling to make his first feature film. Not only must Ted raise funding during the Credit Crunch but he is also determined to write the perfect film script. The film follows Ted during his highs and lows, from his failures to his big opportunity when he pitches his feature to an American film studio. Meet KP, the beautiful girlfriend, and the only thing Ted likes more than films. KP keeps him company on his journey and tries to deal with his all-consuming obsession with films and Hollywood movies. Before Ted's big pitch to the studio, they both travel across California. On their trip, Ted prepares for the meeting, his final chance to achieve his Californian dream. While travelling, KP points out the Californian flag. Ted is not just chasing the dream but Chasing The Bear.
