Burt's having a bad 40th birthday. His kids are out of control. One son has made a bumbling attempt at becoming the local drug lord. Another sold his soul to the devil for homework tips. Burt's oldest and perfect son is being led astray by his agile girlfriend and a provocative magazine article. And his daughter... well, she's just a 'ho. Then, Burt comes home to find a stiff in his living room - turns out it's his wife and the number one suspect is the irresistible Latin lover. Things go from bad to worse, when the kids are taken hostage by a local gang.
