Boris is a world-wide known scientist, working over serious questions of chemistry, his wife Natalia is a music teacher. Young couple would be happy completely, if they just could have children... But doctor's verdict is terrifyingly strict - both Boris and Natalia are healthy, but because of physiological compatibility they will not be able to give a birth to a new man... Natalia goes to Crimea, in order to spend time with her own self... There she meets film producer Sergej, who tries to find out some remarkable view for the future shootings. For Natalia he's just a method to leave all the troubles behind for a while. Sergej hopes to start a romantic relationships. Boris can't reconcile with the doctor's conclusion, he wants Natalia to be happy. Thus leaves for Crimea to talk.
