McGuinness and Phoenix are sick of bring back wanted fugitives only to find they have escaped and are back in the wastelands. One too many times: so they create a plan to flush the corrupt politician who is involved in the release of the criminals. So they set a plan that should easily flush him out, but as the stakes are high, the one plant they have, with information leading to a nuclear missile, something worth a lot, has gone mission, only hours before a major meeting with all heads of staff and the Queen overseeing the civilized world.
