The new authorities of a mental hospital have a new method of treatments in freedom, far away from the confinement the patients were submitted, the old Toto takes his life back (Toto Amaya). A newcomer doctor from Buenos Aires (Juan Palomino) and the driver of the mobile of the Ministry of Health (Pablo Gianello) are in charge of take Toto to his home, with few data undertake a trip over inside of the province, trying to find his relatives, but happened more stuffs in the way, that makes the journey longer that they thought.
