Raj a modern guy and Soham a simpleton are two friends share an apartment Soham loves Purva since his college days but never proposed her.Raj comes across Purva and fall sin love with her unaware that she is the same girl .Raj tells Soham that Purva is a flirt and he should distance from her but Soham comes to know about Raj's plans and both decide to find as whom does Purva has feelings among the two.Madhav Malvankar (Mama) a middle aged much married man also falls in love with Purva.The three guys are facing competition among themselves to know about Purva's feelings but worst happens when a millionaire Dhiru arrives whom Purva knows since long.But the trio feel he is not what he claims to be and decide to find the truth.
