The film shows what happens to Fábio (Fábio Porchat) and Miá (Miá Mello) three years after their wedding that took place after dating for only one month and a honeymoon full of surprises on the high seas. Now in their routine, the enamored couple is stressed out in having to deal with their many differences. Fábio who works with his father in a children's party hall and can wake up late everyday, cannot stand Mia's constant complaints, who works hard as a journalist. Soon after the couple fights and Miá asks for "some space," Fábio gets a call from his grandfather Nuno (Antonio Pedro), who lives in Portugal, telling him that he just became a widow. Seeing an opportunity to save his marriage, he appeals to Miá's emotional side and convinces her to go with him to the funeral in Portugal.
