In the sci-fi world of Frequency, individuals have the ability to tune in to a frequency gaining them different skills, i.e. Clairvoyance, Telepathy, Time-travel, Healing, and Mental Manipulation. Claire Du Maurier (Meredith Sause) is a woman with the gift of clairvoyance. Trouble is, Claire can't always trust what she sees and her mysterious phone mocks and teases her. Her vigilante past has her seeking redemption in the present as she races to save innocents from mishaps and bad fortune. Among her visions is her future life and love, a mysterious brunette, Deanna Shelley (Lisa Gagnon).
