A boy almost destroys a community with his crime spree. The community arrange a meeting with the police, who prove useless in this matter. They decide to take matters into their own hands. However, before they can act, the boy overdoses on "beanz" and dies. When his sister discovers his body in her flat, the police are already knocking on the door. She knows she will face the blame so arranges with the community to bury the body. At the end of the film their car is stopped by the police, with the boy's body in the boot of the car.
