Deep within the shadowy world of paramilitary white-supremacist movements, Into the Homeland is the story of an anguished father`s search for his kidnapped daughter. Ex-cop Jackson Swallow (Powers Boothe) follows his daughter`s trail to a sleepy Wyoming town, which he soon realizes is home to a violent right-wing group, the American Liberation Movement. Infiltrating the group, Swallow becomes a bodyguard to it`s Hitler-like leader, Derrick Wesley (Paul Le Mat), and learns that Wesley`s son Tripp (C. Thomas Howell) knows where his daughter can be found. Swallow has one chance to find his daughter - turn Tripp against the group and his own father, while keeping his true identity secret. The desperate struggle of wills turns terrifyingly violent in the explosive climax.
