Project “live Film”is an incomplete film, experimenting another possibility of expression and communication that digital film media holds with live, spontaneity and networking as the medium. This project crosses between the boundary of visual art, sound art and film to experiment and record. Crash(implying collision, wa-ruru, kung, kwang, collapse, defect, reckless driving), the second version of live Film, depicts various visual phenomena which arises from the uniting course of camera, screen, live image production processing and director’s performing. Different from the first film Spiegelung which reinterprets the keyword reflection in its concept and methodology, Crash is a one-time film screened in reality and on the web through theatres and web streaming featuring ad hoc reconstruction of the collision and combination of two heterogeneous sounds. Mainstream, familiarity, pleasure VS strange, uncomfortable, minority, etc words are provoked through this film, building up tension and through the stimulation of the audience’s five senses and thoughts it reinterprets the keyword experiment.
