Dogan and Murat are friends, Dogan wants to marry Selma. His manager's daughter Meral fancies him. Dogan marries her just to get the money for Selma's mother's operation. Her mother dies and Murat takes care of her and they get married. Selma dies on the birth of her daughter and Dogan's wife has a son. Years pass. On a holiday trip, Dogan meets Murat and his daughter Sevgi. Sevgi is just like Selma's replica. He invites them to Istanbul and employs both. Dogan's son Selim falls in love with Sevgi. Meral is jealous about Dogan's outrageous affection for Sevgi. She makes Selim believe that he is in love with Sevgi, showing him Selma's photo. Yet, Murat and Dogan reveal him the truth. Sevgi wants to commit suicide but Selim saves her just in time. The two lovers start a happy life together.
