Summoned by his mentor to perform an urgent and complicated brain-surgery on a high-profile patient with a tumour, the conscientious and fiercely honest neurosurgeon, Dr Geralis, arrives at the hospital. However, after the successful surgical operation, someone abducts the weary patient, who is none other than the esteemed chairman of the Greek Petrol Company, against the backdrop of sinister machinations and conflicting interests between the Greek State and the influential oil companies. As a result, the young surgeon unwittingly finds himself caught in the middle of a long-standing conspiracy, and the only way out is by shedding light on this increasingly perilous case.
