The stories of 3 related families leaving in the same building at the address of Vitek St. #9. The series starts when Tiki, a tour guide, and Ilan, an insurance agent, move in with their daughter Galia to the 3rd floor. Tiki`s brother Yoram, an Hypochondriac engineer, lives on the 2nd floor with his wife Leora, a clerk, and their children Evyatar, Efrat and Muli. Their aunt, fun loving retired, Hana lives on the 1st floor.
