It`s the 22nd century. Sam Asgarde, an ex-military pilot, is one of the few who survived a worldwide plague. He had to deliver a "drop" from his plane and has felt guilt ever since. He faces the biggest challenge of his life when he must save the world from a religious cult leader who wishes to eradicate all survivors except for a chosen few. However, Sam knows that there is a wondrous woman, Karuy, who is a mysterious and perhaps extraterrestrial woman, yet who loves him, and might be able to solve his problems -- if only he can save her life.
