Head-over-heels in love with beautiful but impecunious Stella, Tonis, the pampered and affluent son of the self-made but old-fashioned industrialist, Ploutarchos Pachoulos, contemplates settling down and having a family. In the meantime, Tonis' statuesque sister, Diana, is starting to have deeper feelings for Stella's street-wise cab-driver brother, Thanasis, and as one thing leads to another, she, too, wants to walk down the aisle with her chosen one.
