After Ryan (Irwansyah) graduates from high-school, he must move to a town far away from his girlfriend, Cinta (Acha Septriasa) without saying that he loves her. While Cinta is always waiting for that words to ascertain their relationship. An accident took away Ryan's live, but he asked the angel of death to give him three more days so that he can say to her that he loves her. Then he used Doni's (Raffi Ahmad) body who lays unconscious in the hospital. Of course it is difficult for Cinta to accept the fact that Doni is Ryan, while on the other hand she didn't accept another love from Ivan (Andhika Pratama). Doni must accomplish many things to prove that he is Ryan.
