Jonathan Minges has just been hired to manage Krandel Karpets, a run-down carpet store with a three-man sales staff who are in need of some serious management. Stu Conklin, a fifty-three year old accident waiting to happen. Charlie Hammerschmidt , a forty-nine year old redneck who's sworn off women.
