No Logs To Haul! No Ashes To Clean! Our "Video Fireplace- The Original" started the "fireplace on video" genre back in 1982. We filmed a real fire burning down in real time, from roaring flames to glowing embers, with the real snap-crackling fire sounds. We produced this one hour video for people who don't have a real fireplace in their apartment, condo, motor home, boat or their bedroom...and wish they did! It's the next best thing to having a real fireplace but with out the fuss or muss. We know it'll be a conversation piece and perhaps give everyone a laugh, but after awhile, amazingly, it becomes mesmerizingly real. And we find that when people treat it like a real fire and not a TV program, when they talk, walk around, eat dinner or cozy up with a significant other while it's playing, it's great fun!
