Faruque and Shabana, two university students, love each other. Faruque is a meritorious student and goes abroad for higher study. To run her middle class family, Shabana gets a job. Her boss Razzak is a rich unmarried person. Due to some incidents within workplace, Razzak has to marry Shabana. Meantime Faruque returns from abroad and finds Shabana as her elder brother's wife.
