Rao Saheb lives with his son Bandhu whose careless and enjoys his rich lifestyle.Rao Saheb finds that his there loyal employee's Indrasen,Appaji and Dayaram our running drugs business in his factory.Rao Saheb is killed in accident but before passing away he discloses to Bandhu that he his mother is still alive and living in Bombay with his younger brother Nandu.Indrasen hires a couple Barko and Bitty to pose as Bandhu's mother and his brother and scares them to kill if they open up.The trio also kills Bandhu but his ghost traces his brother Nandu and asks him to accompany to his village.
